Who We Are

Sound Roots Productions is a live event production company specializing in Nashville's bar scene and small clubs. We provide your venue with a Production Manager and a team of skilled audio and lighting professionals to handle all the technical aspects of your event production and system maintenance. You'll no longer need to hire your own sound engineers or limit your imagination because of production shortcomings. You dream up the event, we handle the rest.

Our Philosophy

We believe that event production is, at its core, a customer service industry. An audio engineer must serve the audience, venue staff, and musicians on stage simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. For the Sound Roots team, the stereotype of the unpleasant, apathetic sound guy does not apply. Everyone on our team is a passionate engineer who loves what they do and who they work with. We will make sure to create a memorable experience for the audience, and a seamless experience for musicians and venue staff that rivals the venues next door.

We have a whole team of experienced audio engineers from a variety of backgrounds. We've done everything from recording studio sessions to arena shows, writers rounds to festivals, and full-band showcases to multi-track live recordings. No matter what your event is, we can handle it in stride.

Nobody likes it when equipment doesn't work properly, especially when fixing it seems overwhelming or tedious. That's where Sound Roots Productions comes in. We can take care of the repair process for any lights or speakers that need attention and check that your system is setup to minimize equipment damage. If you have gear that has transformed into paper weights, Sound Roots is happy to put it back to work for you!
